Message from Mark Reed, President and CEO of Enterprise Consulting Group
Dear Customers, future Customers and Employees :
Can you believe it has been 10 years? That's right, Enterprise Consulting Group is celebrating its tenth year in business. What started as a divisional spin-off from Technology Applications Inc. (an IT integrator and developer/marketer of ISP billing software) has blossomed into St. Louis's finest IT Infrastructure consulting firm boasting over 500 customers.

While change is inevitable, I think we would all agree there are things in our lives, both personally and professionally, that we come to rely on. In St. Louis, IT organizations have come to know that sense of security when dealing with ECG.
Certainly, many things have changed here over the years, but our commitment to our local market has not. If anything, it has grown and improved. As an example, our ad campaign in the St. Louis Business Journal. At the risk of sounding corny, our tag line "Down the Street and Up on Technology", simply and clearly tells our story. Nothing fancy, short and to the point. While other firms constantly tweak their business model, always seeking a new and sexier direction; much to our customer's delight, ours was solid from day one and has stood the test of time.

Not to give the impression that we are resting on our laurels, all of us at ECG constantly look for ways to improve the depth of our offerings and our overall value to our customers. Few firms if any can match ECG's commitment (time and money) to technical training. I have always felt that we are only as good as what we have between our ears and my driving goal is to position our team as the "GO TO" partner on the technologies our customers care about and be ready and willing when they need that expertise.
I am proud of that goal and our ongoing efforts to support it. If you are one of our valued customers, I thank you for your business and I promise you can rely on ECG being here for you for another ten years.
