ECG Support Center -
Whether your needs are for business hours (7:00 am–5:00 pm) or around-the-clock (24x7)
support, this service allows customers to call the ECG Support
Center for unlimited technical phone assistance.
ECG’s trained and certified system engineers are experienced in
evaluating your problems and working them to resolution in a timely
fashion. Your calls are
logged and depending on the customer-defined severity level, worked from
the "level-1" all the way to our senior “level-3” system and network
engineers. We don’t rest
until your problem is resolved and you are satisfied!
Additionally, you will receive a monthly log report detailing the
key information about your calls.
Our contracts are tailored to cover specific IT
disciplines as well as specific vendor (hardware &
software)
products; both with response time levels that meet your needs. Provisions for on-site engineering assistance are also
available. A Support Center
agreement with ECG guarantees a customer receives priority treatment
over companies who choose to utilize this service on a call-by-call
basis.
